It's very simple: request your shoe size that you always wear. But if you have doubts, we have a table of size equivalence, you can see it by clicking here.
How do I receive the money from a return?
That is so simple and fast that you will be surprised. Once we receive the returned pair, the money is returned the same day by the same payment method you used for the purchase.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Without any kind of problem, contact us and we'll send you another pair that same day, so you can receive it very soon. And we remove the defective or erroneous one.
If I have made a mistake in any information or size when placing the order, what can I do?
You contact us immediately, before your order has left, and we solve it for you without you having to do anything. You tell us what error you have had and it is fixed instantly so that your order arrives properly.

Don't worry. The transport company will contact you.
Are these boots vegan friendly?
No. We only work with leathers, and those made of fabric are lined with leather, so they would not be suitable for vegans.
